Despite the fact that you were dealing with a with a very challenging landscape, you ultimately achieved our vision. An important factor during the process was your ability to make changes to our plan "on the fly" based on how things were evolving on a day to day basis. You paid extraordinary attention to detail, from the plantings, to the stonework, to the fencing. Your patience with our ever changing ideas along the way did not go unnoticed.

I just wanted to get back to you and let you know that when I dropped by my moms yesterday I was truly pleased, overjoyed, and really thrilled to pieces. There wasn't a single leaf left at my moms. The guys did such a great job. It looks like the town has already come down the street and taken all the leaves away. So I am amazed they got it all done in time before the town came to pick up the leaves. Thank you so much!!!!

Our house looks great too. I am so pleased that the guys have taken care of the gutters, too. There are some bushes that I would love to have removed near the pool equipment at my moms. Do you think the guys might have time at some point to remove them? No rush, although my mom flies in on December 14th and I would love it if it could be done by then. Perhaps I should tag the bushes with red yarn?

I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the play set area. It is a very special spot and the spacing and grading that you and your team carved out works so nicely. Thank you. We are so glad we hired your team. They are fantastic. The pond looks awesome and so does the property.

I also wanted to let you know that your lawn care crew spent a lot of extra time yesterday re - laying the sod on the lower level because Terry's guys really didn't roll it back into position properly: it was all overlapped and bumpy. I noticed it immediately when I arrived home early yesterday afternoon and thanked my lucky stars when I realized your guys would be arriving sometime during the afternoon. When they arrived, they immediately recognized the problem and set to work fixing it. I know they work very hard and I wanted you to know how much I appreciate their dedication.

This is just a short note to thank you, Dale, and all the diligent, hard workers on your staff who made our dream yard a reality. I knew from the first sketches of your plan that once completed, our back yard will be amazing!

Your patience with all the modifications along the way, your impeccable attention to the details that made a mere backyard a stunning and relaxing retreat, and the work ethic of your crew are truly exemplary. The crew was very professional, always polite, and made every effort to be as accommodating, yet as non-intrusive, as possible.
